Lift & Distance Table Instructions
Pressure Compensating (15 GPM)
- The vertical lift is the elevation difference between the “off float” and the highest point in any zone.
- The diameter of the pipe from the pump tank to the hydraulic unit is 1 ½” minimum.
- All supply and return pipes are 1″.
- The flush return pipe from the hydraulic unit to the pretreatment tank is 1 ½” gravity.
- The maximum distance from the pump tank to the hydraulic unit is 30′.
- The tables may be used with the standard zone detail configuration only. A calculation sheet must be filled out for any other configuration.
- Top feed manifolds must be used when any discernible slope is encountered.
